Electric cigarette is not a durable consumer product, therefore only a defect that occurs on the day of receipt of the product can be considered a defect and the warranty can only be invoked in this case. Please report the bug via email by attaching a video. The suction power indicates the capacity in the description for 0.30-0.45 seconds of simultaneous use. When the bottom LED indicator flashes, it clearly indicates that the battery is naturally empty. This phenomenon cannot be considered a bug.

We will replace the defective e-cigarette product reported on the day of receipt depending on stock levels. The guarantee can only be claimed if the product was returned to us in its original packaging on the day of the defect or at the latest within 24 hours after the defect occurred. We will only ship the replacement product after the defective product has been received and inspected. The customer bears the costs of the return and can in any case be sent by post in the original packaging. If the shipment is lost or mixed up, the sender is liable. The complaint will be investigated within 5 (five) business days of notification and return. The above rights can only be asserted in the event of defective performance, not if the consumer is at fault!
